ITPO China (Beijing) was established in 1990. Its mandate is to facilitate active, rational and effective utilization of direct investment; support the implementation of China’s “outward investment” strategy; support capacity building and competitiveness of China’s organizations, institutions and enterprises; promote technology innovation and market access.

• Industrial planning
• Capital operation: guide the establishment of industrial funds to help local government and enterprises seek strategic investment
• Technology transfer: help establish local platforms for technology transfer, including the promotion of advanced technologies
• Capacity-Building: provide training and seminars on targeted aspects of industrial planning, capital operations, and technology transfer
