Objective:
To extend impact and larger outreach of ISID goals through strengthening the partnership dialogue between UNIDO, recipient Governments, DFIs, other development agencies, private sector, and donors to scale up ISID investment in developing countries.
Outcome:
Gaining momentum and a better understanding of UNIDO’s partnership-based approach in order to define concrete working models of cooperation between Governments, UNIDO and stakeholders for promoting ISID investment in line with post 2015 SDG.
Outputs:
Showcase UNIDO’s ISID Programme for Country Partnerships, through two pilot countries, to private and public stakeholders and initiate a partnership dialog in selected beneficiary countries.
Define the collaboration modalities of innovative business models to forge partnerships in order to scale up ISID investment and impact in assisted member countries.
Agree on the way forward for the sustainable development of UNIDO Partnerships for ISID investment in 2015 and beyond.
